Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy is part of the Regradia Terms of Service. It explains how the free trial, cancellation and refunds work.
1. Free trial
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. We ask for a payment card to start it.
- If you cancel before the trial ends, we do not charge you.
- If you do not cancel, your paid subscription starts when the trial ends and we charge $24.99, plus any tax that applies.
- We send a reminder email about two days before the first charge.
2. Cancelling
- You can cancel at any time from the plan and billing section of your Profile page.
- Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- We do not refund the rest of a month when you cancel, except as described in section 3.
- If you cannot sign in, email info@regradia.com from the email address on your account and we will cancel for you.
3. Refunds
- First charge: we refund your first subscription charge in full if you ask within 7 days of that charge. This applies once per person.
- Later charges: renewal payments are not normally refunded.
- Exceptions: we refund a charge made in error, a duplicate charge, a charge made after you cancelled, or a period in which the Service was unavailable for a significant time.
- If we close your account: if we close your account for a reason other than a breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of your current billing period.
4. Your legal rights
Some laws give you rights that go beyond this policy. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days and get your money back. Nothing in this policy limits the rights the law gives you.
5. How to ask for a refund
- Email info@regradia.com from the email address on your account and tell us which charge you mean.
- We reply within 3 business days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, our payment provider, Stripe, will retry it. You keep access for a short period while it retries. If payment still fails, your access ends until payment succeeds.
7. Disputed charges
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first so that we can fix it quickly. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, we may pause your account while the dispute is open.
