Acceptable Use Policy
This policy is part of the Regradia Terms of Service. It explains what the Regradia tutor and Service are for, and what is not allowed.
1. What the tutor is for
The tutor is for learning the programming topics in your Regradia pathway. That includes:
- questions about your current lesson and related programming ideas
- exercises, examples and explanations
- help with your own practice code, including bugs in your own side projects
2. What is not allowed
- General chatbot use. Do not use the tutor for essays, homework in other subjects, translation or questions unrelated to learning to code.
- Having work done for you. Do not ask the tutor to complete paid work, coursework or assignments for you instead of teaching you.
- Automated access. Do not use scripts, bots or scrapers, or reach our systems in any way other than through our website and app.
- Sharing or reselling. Do not share your login, or sell or give others access to your account.
- Getting around limits. Do not create extra accounts, repeat free trials, or try to make the tutor ignore or reveal its instructions.
- Harmful content. Do not ask for malware, help attacking systems you do not own, illegal content, harassment, sexual content, or anything that exploits or harms children.
- Other people's information. Do not submit personal information or confidential code that you have no right to share.
- Interfering with the Service. Do not probe, overload or reverse engineer it.
- Copying. Do not copy the curriculum or review cards, or use the Service's output to train AI models or build a competing product.
3. Fair-use limits
- The current limits are 100 tutor messages a day and 3,000 characters per message.
- We may change these limits and will show the current limits on our website.
- If your use goes far beyond normal learning, we may slow the tutor's replies or use a different AI model for the rest of your billing period.
4. What we do when this policy is broken
We respond in steps, depending on how serious the problem is.
- The tutor declines the request and returns to the lesson.
- We show you a notice that links to this policy.
- We slow the tutor down on your account.
- We suspend or close your account, as described in the Terms of Service.
For serious breaches, such as scripted access, account sharing or harmful content, we may suspend or close an account immediately.
5. Safety checks
We may review tutor conversations, using automated checks and our own staff, to enforce this policy, to protect younger learners and to keep the Service safe.
6. Reporting a problem
If you see misuse of the Service, or the tutor says something harmful or inappropriate, email info@regradia.com.
